LAGOS—A powerful new book, “Disrupting the Status Quo,” has hit the market, offering a clear and radical plan for Nigeria’s unemployed youths.
Written by Comr. Preye V. Tambou, the National President of the Society for the Welfare of Unemployed Youths of Nigeria (SWUYN), the book is a practical guide. It shows young people how to create jobs, gain financial freedom, and push for real policy changes using digital advocacy and national organizing.

Comr. Preye V. Tambou leads the Society for the Welfare of Unemployed Youths of Nigeria (SWUYN), a non-profit and non-political group. Under his leadership, SWUYN focuses on empowering unemployed youths across the nation.
The organization’s main goals are:
* Fighting extreme poverty by giving unemployed youths free entrepreneurial skills to create steady jobs.
* Raising money and seeking grants to train youths in vocational and entrepreneurial skills.
