Legislation is how you change systems. Chief Agbedi has been active in sponsoring and co-sponsoring motions and bills that address the Niger Delta’s realities.

“What makes a man is his conviction about life and issues. The Governor is my dear friend and brother, and politics cannot divide us. But his convictions are different from mine, so we can’t be in the same party.”
This is effective representation above party. He puts the interest of Sagbama/Ekeremor and the PDP family first, while maintaining respect and brotherhood across the aisle. That is the kind of conviction and independence the Senate needs.
