For ten years, the Society for the Welfare of Unemployed Youths of Nigeria (SWUYN) has stood at the forefront of advocacy, mobilisation, and structured engagement on youth unemployment in Nigeria. WHY THIS MATTERS TO NIGERIA.

Nigeria’s demographic advantage will become a demographic burden without structured intervention. Youth unemployment is not merely a social issue; it is an economic and national stability issue.

SWUYN believes:

* Employment is dignity.

* Empowerment is security.

* Youth productivity is national prosperity.

The 10th Anniversary programme is therefore not an event; it is a strategic intervention.

A CALL TO GOVERNMENT & PRIVATE SECTORSWUYN invites:

* Federal & State Ministries.

* Development Agencies.

* Corporate Organisations.

* Financial Institutions.

* Philanthropic Foundations

to partner in building a structured pathway from unemployment to employment.

Nigeria’s unemployed youths do not seek handouts. They seek opportunity, access, and inclusion.
