SWUYN National President Meets PAP, Explore Collaboration and Empowerment Opportunities

Comr. Preye V. Tambou, National President of the Society for the Welfare of Unemployed Youths of Nigeria (SWUYN), met with Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), to discuss potential collaboration and empowerment opportunities. Chief Otuaro brings extensive experience from his previous experience and role in various leadership capacities.
Under his leadership, PAP has implemented transformative reforms, introducing innovative strategies to enhance the reintegration of ex-agitators. The meeting offers a valuable chance for explore mutually beneficial opportunities, fostering a collaborative approach to empower young people especially ex-agitators in the Niger Delta.
